Wonderdust brings together Lizzie’s lyrical songwriting, distinctive voice and instinct for melody with the finely detailed playing of Samuel De Santi, Gareth Mewes and Benja King.

Across the album, the ensemble travels naturally through contemporary folk, Celtic, bluegrass and roots influences. Lizzie’s original songs sit alongside carefully chosen material and instrumental works that showcase the character and musicianship of the band.

Lizzie is joined by The Runaway Trains: Samuel De Santi on guitar and mandolin, Gareth Mewes on violin and Benja King on double bass. Together they bring natural chemistry, intuitive interplay and considerable performance experience to every concert.

Their acoustic sound moves through contemporary folk, Celtic, bluegrass, country and roots traditions while remaining cohesive and unmistakably their own. Lizzie’s voice sits at the centre, framed by expressive violin, warm double bass and finely detailed guitar and mandolin.
